There are state regulation that require batch testing to insure the products that are sold is what is described on the label. “It is thought” is not sufficient evidence to against a legally licensed pot store in any state that its legal. State seal on every package, just like at the liquor store to prove compliance with the state (TAXES).
The adulteration of the drugs happens AFTER they are purchased OR they are purchased illegally.
Do you get your liquor from the liquor store or do you buy it from some random guy that brews it in a copper radiator still in his basement?
Obviously this was not purchased legally by a licensed dispensary with lot tracing all the way back to the grow house. In any case the kid was too young to legally purchase legal weed - assuming it is legal in his state/territory. He had to have purchased it from the black market or otherwise had it given to him by someone...
