Two people were arrested in Austria for allegedly playing snippets of Adolf Hitler speeches over the loudspeaker of a train, which had at least one shaken Holocaust survivor onboard.
Travelers on the train headed to Vienna heard audio of the Nazi dictator speaking along with recordings of supporters chanting “Heil Hitler!” during normal announcements Sunday.
“We heard two episodes,” David Stoegmueller, a Green Party parliament member, told the BBC. “First, there was 30 seconds of a Hitler speech, and then I heard, ‘Sieg Heil!’ “
One of the passengers exposed to the Hitler diatribe was a concentration-camp survivor, he said.

So were the suspects employees? How else could they have gotten the key or understood the system?
Ha! I found it interesting that the actors who played Col. Klink (Hogan’s Heroes) and Maj. Strasser (Casablanca) were both Jewish whose families escaped Nazi persecution. I would think it’d be hard to play those roles as Jews but maybe it was cathartic in other ways?

Adolph Hitler led the German National Socialist Workers’ Party. He was one of the worst socialist leaders. Contemplating his actions, why would anyone be a socialist? Socialism concentrates power in Government. Socialism does not provide for checks and balances, within or ourside of government.
Changing the name from socialist, to liberal, to progressive, does not change reality. Our major socialist party is the so-called Democratic party. All Americans should be fearful. We are getting to the point where it may not matter how we vote.
There were plenty of phony ballots in 2020. I’m sure many newly arrived non-citizens will be voting in 2024. Courts will not undo elections.
I know a nice old man, Austrian-American. He is a big believer in government regulation. He just rejects de-regulation out of hand. One day, he stood straight and puffed out his chest, “When I was 17, I joined Hitler’s Army.”
