He didn’t attack at all. He said, he’s got to do what he’s got to do but some think 6 weeks is harsh. It’s an understatement. It’s the most controversial issue in the country. Running a national election on 6 week abortion ban will wipe out the Repukes entirely. The reward of winning such an election wouldn’t even end in a 6 week abortion ban as the Senate, even a 60 seat Repuke majority wouldn’t pass that. If that’s going to be Desanctimonius’ national election strategy...go for it
Honestly, I didn’t see the article.
But I have seen Trump hitting DeSantis in the past recently, which to me, is just dumb. This was what was behind my comment. Trump being Trump sometimes is a liability.
Why doesn’t Trump get DeSantis to come on board with him, stop making comments about him?
A Trump/DeSantis ticket would be great. A win/win, and a perfect set-up for DeSantis after 4 yrs, and a great outlook for the USA to get back on track!

Please name and describe a condition in which killing tge fetus would save tge life of tge mother. Otherwise drop it
But why bring up the subject, if not to attack Desantis? And he very directly called out Desantis on this. It’s playing the old “some people say” game of impugning someone. It would be similar to Desantis saying, “some people say Trump was found guilty of rape”, then his supporters saying that Desantis never said Trump was guilty of rape, he just repeated what other people were saying. I don’t know of a single Trump supporter that would accept that explanation. Heck, even when Desantis never even mentions Trump he is accused of attacking him.
Does anyone really believe there is a moral difference between six weeks and “late term”. Actually, it could be arguable that six weeks could force more abortions.

I gave more to him $$, more times than any other candidate ever, cause he was a fighter. Got in more fights defending him w my lib family and some friends.
I think he is a great guy on a personal level! I know people who interacted with him. He is a stand up guy in every way.
But him saying dumb sh!t, and going after people who more align with him, than leftists is old already. He is damaged. Half this country hates that guy. And the republitards have NO spine to help him out.
I want, we need the Presidency next cycle, and that is bigger than any one man!

There are legit life of mother exceptions. Not many but the include situations where the baby will not survive as well such as tubal pregnancies or severe HELP syndrome at a previable fetal age. There are also life of mother issues where baby is viable such as aggressive breast cancer or other tumor needing immediate chemo etc. The situations where baby cannot survive such as tubal pregnancies are pretty clear cut. Those where life of mom at stake but not baby are more difficult. I know what decision I would make (hold off til earliest possibility of delivering healthy baby then proceed) but i can’t say abortion. should be illegal for all in those circumstances. They are rare and no win situations

So you agree then that Desantis didn’t attack Trump with his “ culture of losing” comments, right? Because Desantis never even mentioned Trump, but Trumpi is all butt-hurt over the comment because he thinks it was an attack on him. If we are to judge solely on the actual words,then Trump has nothing to be upset about.

No there is not a difference between six weeks and late term morally or in Gods eyes. However I will take a 6 week ban over no ban and then continue to work for more. I would not eschew saving some lives because it won’t save all lives

Doesn’t matter anyway. We have already lost the country. We are just whining over spilt and soured milk. The media at the helm assuring us of a New World Order forthcoming.
I hate abortion and the SCOTUS has done all it will do regarding it forever. We were blessed to get that but it will not stop abortion. No laws will stop abortion. Particularly in a country that is a society without morals and respect for human life.
