Looking back at what I wrote, it might be unclear that I agreed with his strategy to appear. I was not one of those who thought it was a bad idea.
We didn’t watch live to avoid being counted in CNN’s ratings, but saw enough clips to see that he was in fine form, and LOVED when he made his off-the-cuff assessment of the host near the end. He did what he does best. The whining and outrage expressed by the left were icing on the cake.
I’ll bet CNN’s ratings were up as Prez Trump suggested, by his appearance.

Maybe an exaggeration, but I would feel a lot better with Trump in charge, for the world's sake.
One thing for sure, he won’t exploit the situation for his own nefarious purposes, to deplete US resources so that China can just waltz on in to Taiwan, the way Brandon is doing. He’ll be doing exactly what he said, or at least trying in good faith.
The host is toast....so overbearing, condescending and told many lies herself. No sense of humor; not at all likeable.
