Pretty sad when Wisconsin does better than Texas in administering justice in a self-defense situation. But in free states this would never have gone to trial to begin with.

That’s the guy. Unbelievable, that we have to depend on a political decision for justice.

“Mr. Perry, I pray to God that one day, he will get rid of all this hate that is in your heart.” Unlike the BLM thugs, whose hearts were overflowing with love.

The Governor can’t pardon until the Texas Parole Board makes the recommendation. Until then, it’s a waiting game.

I’ve lived in Austin or around Austin for over a half century and been involved in many courtroom battles (civil/business/divorce). The judges are as liberal as Portland’s or San Francisco’s and as corrupt.

Was texting with his attorney while they waited for sentencing. A true miscarriage of justice.

If Perry is really guilty, there are millions of American Males who are also guilty because we would have done the same thing.

After three long years, we’re finally getting justice for Garrett Your son grew up to be a thug, lady.
Garrett got the justice he deserved when he stuck a gun in an innocent man's face.

Stop a man’s car and point a rifle at him? In Texas?
Pfft, you deserve whatever comes your way.

“Stop a man’s car and point a rifle at him?”
Seems we used to call that type of thing “highway robbery”... the penalty in England for that was public hanging.
