To have real proof you would have to have access to unreacted complete documents which he will never have. Sort of like proving the election was stolen you have no proof because no one can see the documents or even the software used to tabulate the votes or examine the machines used to cast the votes. Even if you could prove your case you would have to find an hones judge and several appeals courts to allow you to move forward with proof.
