We accept that these mass killings go on everyday , in very specific places, where a certain demographics tend to be very violent using illegal weapons to defend their turf and their reps...but Nancy leaves out that part.
The phrase mass shooting is very well defined... in 3 or 4 different ways. Variations mostly consist of not differentiating between fatalities and injured, so four victims and four dead may each be considered a mass shooting under some definitions and not others.
Making guns illegal is too narrow in scope.

Instinctively, I agree. But, it is not like a Roman coliseum, wherein only guys with swords are whacking away at each other. These thugs are shooting in neighborhoods full of a lot of innocent folk. Now, those folk are also black — which explains why the Democrats could not care less about either the numbers or their inability to defned themselves.
We need to do what the Pres of ElSalvador is doing. He has >50K M13 murderers (you must murder to get into the gang) locked up and his approval rating is >95%.
