Why would he do that when his Russian army is killing Ukes at a rate of 7 Ukes for every 1 Russian?
The only way I can see the Ukraine beating Putin is to have NATO and the US get directly involved in the conflict on a large scale. Once that happens it won’t take very long for it go nuclear.
Your statistics are unverifiable and imho extremely unlikely.
In any case as a moral question it is incumbent on Putin/Russia to leave. That is the only “right” (as in moral/ethical) solution.
