Agree with both statements.
As well as with your previous post about how the fault of any accident shifts to the DUI driver automatically. Not sure that’s a bad thing, but it’s a fact in most states. The theory being, if you’re driving impaired, you shouldn’t have even been on the road to be involved in the accident.
