I disagree. Most people don’t get that drunk, much less drive that drunk. The narrow demo that does is young people who havent controlled themselves yet, and chronic alcoholics. Very small demographics of the entire population.
You might be surprised how much of the “Population” is Chronic Alcoholics..
When my ‘mother’ died-—her co workers refused to believe her cause of death was alcoholism.
THEY said she DIDN’T DRINK.
I told them :”YOU NEVER SAW HER SOBER”
She was a functioning alcoholic-—from her early 20;s or earlier. Died at 57.
