Eric Ciamarella and Alex Vindman, two deep state nebbishes whose jobs were wholly dependant upon holding an active security clearance, which President Trump had unilateral control over as Chief Executive, conspired to invent a scenario out of thin air, using classified information and their access to strictly controlled executive branch communications records, which was then used as a basis for Trump’s first impeachment.
Not only did they both keep their jobs, but they didn’t even lose their security clearances. Vindman briefly lost a juicy follow-on assignment, but I think that was overturned by the deep state. Tell me more about how Trump fought the deep state then and what changed so we can believe he’s going to be fighting the deep state for real in the next administration.
Re: 11 - Those are fair statements about President Trump.
The same for Gov. DeSantis and his experience regarding foreign affairs, etc.
The only way this gets resolved is a vigorous Republican Primary season.
You are correct and it is still mind boggling to me how anyone could use classified information the way they did to advance their own political agenda.
Both of them shoulda been prosecuted, especially Vindman, who never should have been anywhere near the President much less listening to his phone traffic.
