K9 units = you are guilty or a threat until proven innocent. False positives are just an excitable treat away, the K9’s wish to please the handler and receive a treat when they literally perform for it.

Sure search the trunk. May I leave now, what? You are waiting for the K9 unit? Why?

So they pop a false positive on your vehicle for a big fine. Don’t think for one minute it doesn’t happen.

You are guilty or a threat until proven innocent. But they would rather impose a fine. It’s messed up.

Time to start arresting the legislators in California for violating their oath of office. They have elevated the protections of certain individuals above the protection of the state as a whole.
