First strike should get one week suspension, second strike a two week suspension, third strike a permanent suspension and the student must go to a school with very strick behavioral enforcement regimen, what we back in the day called “reform school”. Ultimatley it is parents, not the school, that have to be required to get their children’s behavioral issues under control.

Back in my day, I remember a kid who was removed from my school & sent away to a residential reform school,

My wife had a student murder his brother and he was back in class within a month. It is not your fathers school anymore.
