Carlson doesn’t have any J6 videos, other than what he already showed. McCarthy didn’t let Carlson have the videos in general. Carlson was merely given access to view a few hours worth, and then request copies, which McCarthy would give him as long as the ‘security’ people approved.
I assume Scarborough knows this and is just bloviating......
But maybe he really is as stupid and ignorant as he appears.

Tucker and his producer are merely employees. And as such, anything their show airs is the possession of Fox.

I really doubt if the “tapes” are actually on tape, but are probably digital video files. Thus the files can be downloaded from the central computer server onto DVDs, by demand. To think that Tucker was given “the only copy” of the “tapes” is idiocy, but then those two display that regularly.
My hope is that Fox was bottling up Carlson’s airing of the J6 material, and he can now start releasing large amounts of it in online programming. Crowdsourcing might lead to identifying all sort of feds and other agitators up to nefarious deeds. If the left wasn’t afraid of that, they wouldn’t be whining.
Who is Scarborough to be demanding anything? Isn’t he some kind of horndog who killed an intern?

TC doesn’t have the footage. He/his staff were allowed to go and look at it—McCarthy did not give it to him to keep.
Tucker was quite clear, he wasn’t allowed to record any tapes, he was allowed to look through them, and have those clips copied by the PTB from the tapes. He couldn’t release them all, he had to pick and choose. I am 100% certain that Fox told him how much he could air, and how many minutes he could spend on the matter.
