You seem to have hit the nail on the head. Nobody in their right mind would agree to this. What Lurch is suggesting is that we trade a reliable method of producing electricity & transportation for one that is less reliable & costs more. Who but an idiot would suggest such a thing. Hard for me to believe that a grown man could be this stupid! Why isn’t his job not on the chopping block? And the bad part is that he is not the only loose nut in this administration.
