People were yelling from the rooftops from almost day one not to get the shot. They brushed it off, as my son did, who now gets sick all the time and has to live with his decision.
The spike protein can contribute to cardiovascular damage, brain damage, blood clots, autoimmunity, cell deformation, and cell-to-cell fusion.. It is a Swiss Army Knife of death.. spike preys on our DNA, and that repeated exposure will prematurely age us, leading to earlier death by natural causes. Spike is spike. The more the worse..

Hard to say. Bottom line is just try very hard to NOT get COVID period.
My sister is doubly vaxxed and thrice boosted, and she gets sick all the time, too. She got CoVid last Fall, and while it has been mild, she has had energy issues, and cold-like symptoms off and on for about 6 months now. Before she got CoVid, she had other colds and viruses since she got her first dose of Pfizer. Within a week of her first dose she had swollen lymph glands in her neck and mouth. She was very careful to not go out in public at all, and wore a mask (still does) anytime she goes out of her home. Her hands look like she has rheumatoid arthritis but she said her doctor has checked that and that’s not it. So I guess she has to live with her decision as well.
The good news is that, despite censorship by the mainstream medical community, solutions exist to deal with this deadly spike protein. Dr. Peter McCullough notes the following potential remedies:
Prescription Ivermectin.
Prescription Low-Dose Naltrexone.
Over-the-counter Nattokinase.

I am not a computer expert, but I think that is unlikely.
I am thinking the prime suspects would be your Browser, or your Security Software, or the website you clicked on.
I know several people who never got vaxxed but instead began taking 5000 units per day of D3 and Zicam or Zinc Sulfate and never caught Covid.

Two weeks ago I thought I had the flu......after 3 days I was on the mend so I didn’t test for covid.
About the time I started feeling better my wife got sick.
After 4 days of fever we decided we better test her and sure enough she tested positive.
She hasn’t bounced back as quickly as I did. I contribute that to my exercising regularly and apparently in general covid hits females a little harder.
Neither of us has ever even considered getting a covid shot and that hasn’t changed.
Hopefully now we have natural immunity.
Also, her Dr prescribed her paxlovid but the taste side effect was so bad she quit taking it after one dose.

Yes - if you are referring to the spike protein in the Covid 'vaccines'. But Covid itself doesn't have the spike protein track record that the 'vaccines' have and I believe it's because Anthony Fauci and the NIH 'worked with" Moderna and Pfizer to 'select' the spike protein to produce, and they based their decision on the Chinese genome released in February of 2020, which cannot be the accurate genome for Covid.
The CDC, FDA, and Chinese and vaccine manufacturers all said the 'isolated virus' was not available (the form traditionally used in science) so they used China's genome which they created using a process that cannot work to produce an accurate genome for what Fauci et. al. said was a 'novel' virus. The method the Chinese used relies on pre-existing sections of similar viruses to 'patch' in any missing pieces of the genome the software helps to construct. 'Novel' viruses are defined as those so new to the human immune system that no immunity is possible. Therefore re-using sections of pre-existing viruses can't work to build an 'all new' virus genome.
The PCR 'test' didn't work/wasn't accurate because it was based on the false Chinese genome, and because the PCR technology is not a diagnostic tool to begin with - something Fauci/FDA/NIH/CDC all knew.
The 'vaccine' manufacturers had reason to know the Chinese genome could not be accurate - but they used it anyway. The spike protein in the 'vaccine' is indeed highly damaging. Cardiac deaths in the US were flat in 2020 and spiked after the release of the 'vaccine' in 2021 and continue to rise.
Your sister’s case sounds VERY similar to my aunt’s situation.
Doubly jabbed, double boosted....she had been in fairly good health (just celebrated her 80th birthday), minus the swollen lymph node issues in arms/neck that she got after her second shot...still got boosters 🙃...until a couple of weeks ago.
She had a sore throat and chest congestion....that kept getting worse...went to ER....tested positive for china virus....was put on paxlovid....and, is gradually getting better, each day (again, this has been two weeks, this weekend). Has ongoing fatigue, that will hopefully subside.
She told me she has to wear a mask, everywhere she goes, per docs orders, for another two weeks.
