Conservative radio talk show host Larry Elder announced Thursday that he is jumping into the 2024 Republican presidential primary race, joining a growing field of candidates vying for the party’s nomination.
“I am announcing I am running for the presidency of the United States,” Elder told Fox News host Tucker Carlson.
“I feel I have a moral, a religious and a patriotic duty to give back to a country that’s been so good to my family and to me — and that is why I’m doing it,” he said. The 70-year-old political commentator told Carlson that his campaign will focus on issues related to border security, crime and the “maligning of the police.”

Love Elder, but I wish he’d take aim at a Senate seat or run for governor again. He’d make a great VP too.
Larry Elder has choice but to espouse libertarianism, since it takes a lot of THC exposure to find his voice pleasant to listen to.
I love Larry too but this might be a stretch too far. He needs to learn what Rush said when people asked him why he didn’t run for public office. He served his country better doing what he was doing behind the Mike. Should be ditto for you Larry.

LOL! I’ve been following Larry for Decades. That said, your statement is laughable. Larry is not even in the same sector of the universe that President Trump occupies.
Though I will agree that if you take President Trump out of the mix I’d vote for Larry before all others declared, and the “stealth candidate”.
