Were 99% of the hired hands immigrants with low or no education though?

I’m thinking that may be an issue working around fairly high tech machinery in food production

Some of the best mechanics I've seen in over 50 years in the Ag industry speak little English but know how to run the diagnostics for very complicated systems.

This could possibly be a known problem waiting on parts or sensors like most of the country.
