I think the SCOTUS already announced they’ll refuse to hire clerks from Stanford law school, due to their ridiculous harassment of a federal judge.

I expect Scotus, with Kavanaugh’s help, this June will overturn its unconstitutional Bakke decision, a 45-year outrage against equality before the law.
