Donald Trump's legal team is preparing for a New York judge to slap a gag order on the former president on Monday, DailyMail.com can reveal, a day before he is due to be arrested in Manhattan.
The extraordinary move to potentially silence a candidate for president will likely enflame Trump's supporters as he prepares to fly out of his Florida home.
'The Trump legal team now thinks that the Manhattan judge will take the unprecedented step of silencing the presidential frontrunner with an unconstitutional gag order tomorrow,' said a source.
'The Trump legal team is considering adding a First Amendment lawyer to the effort to combat this and will fight it all the way.'
Breaking the gag order could trigger a fine of $1000 and a prison sentence of as much as 30 days, under New York law.

Trump will need to campaign, and to do that he needs to travel. His best bet is to get these charges dismissed as quickly and as humiliatingly for the DA as possible.
I believe (and hope) Trump will give a barn-burner speech, regardless.

Trump can be very sly while speaking to a live audience. He will talk around the topic talk up to the topic, then make a show of NOT actually talking about ‘you know what’. He audiences know him well enough.
The fix is in all right I just hope Trump doesn’t slip up and say something they can get him on. Face it Trump isn’t the type to stay silent lol. But the more they persecute and jerk him around the more people become sympathetic to him. Even some Dems have come out and said the DA is going overboard with this stuff.

The Corrupt D.A. has no case. What he does have is a venue where it is IMPOSSIBLE for me to get a Fair Trial (it must be changed!), and a Trump Hating Judge, hand selected by the Soros backed D.A. (he must be changed!). Also has the DOJ working in the D.A.’s Office - Unprecedented!
I believe the gag order applies to all members of Trumps team.
So leak it, they had no problem with the grand jury leaks.
A 5 trillion dollar lawsuit against the city should be a starter.
He should violate it and take the 30 days in jail and violate it while he’s in jail.

We know and they know he cant keep quiet, thats why the gag order is guaranteed. Its a way for him to do jail time even before the kangaroo court convicts him.
I find it mind-boggling that so many Freepers truly believe that Trump will come out ahead on all of this. The country is truly lost.
