WASHINGTON — A top Chinese official emailed a late-night diatribe to an aide to Rep. Chris Smith last week, slamming Smith’s “absurd” House-passed bill against state-sponsored organ harvesting and ridiculing Congress for “lies” and “baseless hype” about both the gruesome practice and the related ongoing Uyghur genocide.
The email arrived at 9:49 p.m. on March 28 from a Gmail account registered to Zhou Zheng, the Chinese embassy in Washington’s chief of section for congressional affairs, and was written in a post-happy hour tone.
“We did call [the embassy] to make sure it was real,” Smith (R-NJ) told The Post.
Zhou wrote to Smith’s office that the persecuted Falun Gong religious movement was an “anti-human” and “insane” cult that “orchestrated” false claims that the Chinese government is abusing its members and also the predominately Muslim Uyghurs of northwestern Xinjiang province.

The news should stop framing things, hyping them.
The article has embedded the actual words from the Chinese official.
What the Chinese official states may or may not be accurate, BUT it’s not a rant, not undiplomatic...
It is very direct but he makes some points which frankly should be looked into and/or consider.
If we want to pursue the truth you do NOT do that by putting on blinders, or by attacking the person (ad hominem).
The first thing we should be doing is asking if the points made by this official are accurate and if there is a way to where we can investigate this further. Let the truth take us where it may.
Since when does anyone confuse the truth with the Chicoms?
Since when are the Chicoms interested in the truth getting out?
They were never honest about their real numbers on th Kung Flu- they’re going to let outsiders investigate what’’s been known world wide for decades- they harvest organs from prisoners and dissenters then sell them for organ transplants (or charge for the organ transplantation themselves)?
