Xanax withdrawal can kill a person. Many can’t stop it without lifelong withdrawal symptoms and it becomes addictive after 4-6 weeks on it, and even then withdrawal is awful. This is very bad. There’s a reason it’s outlawed in some other countries.
Ambien withdrawal makes true benzos like valium or xanax seem like giving up greasy food for a day.
There has to be some middle ground because anxiety is a true disorder and so is insomnia, but they’re so bad for you.
