There’s a ton of shxt that I get pissed at. I guess you could call it “upsetting” but that’s not anxiety to me that’s a personal response about whatever your pissed or upset with.
I wish half the people on the road while going to the grocery store would just drop dead because they’re idiots doing 10 to 15mph under the speed limit, all over the road, talking on cell phones and just completely ignorant on what they’re doing. My wife says I’ll have a heart attack because I get so pissed.
Im retired and live in a rural remote area on the side of a mountain and can’t see any neighbors by design. That’s where the I hate people comes in at š¤£š¤£š¤£
If I avoided everything that I got pissed or upset with I’d have checked out years ago...

The opium scare is ridiculous. I had surgery and the hospital only gave me a prescription for 6 pain killers. After that i had to visit IN PERSON to get a refill for another 6. (six was two days worth)
It is a clause that limits how many controlled substances a pharmacy can receive. From the lawsuit. If only government was on the Mexico supply of opioids as it is American businesses we wouldnāt have opioid problem in this country.
Ambien withdrawal makes true benzos like valium or xanax seem like giving up greasy food for a day.
There has to be some middle ground because anxiety is a true disorder and so is insomnia, but they’re so bad for you.
Reminds me of Artie Lange on an interview saying ‘that’s the problem with drugs, they work until they don’t!’
If you have trouble sleeping then using Xanax and Adderall is not the answer.
All you need is Melatonin.
It does not have any withdrawal symptoms.
You just relax and go to sleep. After a week of using you can stop using it as long as you change your diet / life style.

I broke a bone in my foot.
My whole foot was swollen, purple and very painful.
Ask the Ortho who saw me for 3 pain killer pills so I could get some sleep. HE SAID NO!
