The article notes that bar pass-rates are a published indicator of the quality of the school. Anything that prevents students from passing the bar (like ethics complaints) will impact the school’s reputation.
Banzhaf is 82 years old made a name for himself in the 1960’s trying to get “equal time” for anti-smoking messages on television using the FCC’s infamous Fairness Doctrine.
