That's what Dershowitz said last night on Hannity. Trump's attorneys should request a change of venue as there is no way a jury of NY Democrats will find him not guilty. Greg Jarrett said the first thing Trump's attorneys should request is to have the case thrown out.

HOW do you get a New York Judge to allow a "Change of Venue"? Move it to D.C, ?

Maybe change the venue to Long Island, but out of the state? Impossible. There is no provision for that in our entire system of state or federal government.

You can’t change the venue for a trial on NY state charges to Florida. You might be able to get it moved out of Manhattan, but good luck getting a NY judge to go along.
