If this ever goes to trial (not at *all* certain IMO) it will either be dismissed by the trial judge at some point before the defense is called upon to present its case or he will be convicted. If convicted it seems highly likely that an appeals court will overturn the conviction.

This isn't really about putting DJT in prison...although Rat Party Headquarters (and many others) would love to see that. It's *all* about November of 2024.
