I like both Trump and DeSantis and wasn’t going to take their feuding seriously but that shi’ite don’t fly. DeSantis can enjoy Florida because that’s as far as he’s going to go.
I read the article. The Mail draws a lot of conclusions that just are not there. For example the headline reads “DeSantis says Trump should’ve given up power like George Washington after election loss and January 6.” But reading the body of the article I fail to see where DeSantis makes reference to the election loss or January 6. The article assumes that is what he is implying which is why the article puts in “drawing sharp contrast with Trump.” as if this was direct from DeSantis. It wasn’t.
This and other Daily Mail articles are being very selective in how they present what was said.
Trump did not and does not have the best character. What he did have and I hope still has was the character necessary to face down the usual cabal of elite warmongering grifters that view D.C. as a fiefdom and us their serfs. He made some terrible choices on who to put in and trust in positions of authority. I think he has learned that lesson.

Name a recent POTUS who was as successful as Trump? Look at what Trump accomplished:
Gas price per gallon was about $2.30;
Inflation about 1.4%, mortgage rates were half of what they are now;
Unemployment was low before Covid and before Blue Governors shut everything down and we were in the midst of a V-shape recovery until January 22, 2021;
Tax decrease; tax laws promoted small businesses as well as large;
US enjoyed energy independence - No Green Agenda, no war on energy, No Paris Treaty;
No war in Ukraine, no threat of nuclear war, NATO paid its way;
China was quiet and we were winning the trade war;
US companies were bringing home the jobs due to well executed tax treatments;
Peace in the Middle East aka Abraham Accords; US Embassy moved to Jerusalem; and Iran was isolated.
Got three non-left “I don't know what a woman is” Supreme Court Justices on the bench allowing Roe vs Wade to be overturned.
Who the heck can accomplish the above in four years while being impeached twice and investigated by Obama's Weaponized Agencies?
