Kari is the best MAGA VP candidate by far.Trump doesn't need to bring in the MAGA vote. He already has the MAGA vote. Lake earns him nothing.
The votes he will need to bring are the small 'c' conservatives, the swing voters, the independent voters, and this disenchanted Democrats. The same coalition he built in 2016.
I fully expect MAGA voters to be disappointed by Trump's VP pick but he's gotta do what he can to win, however a longshot as that may be.
I expect he'll pick Nikki Haley.
