What makes this even worse is those African American lawyers who busted their a$$e$ and scored high will now be lumped in with those who are too stupid to meet the requirements.
Ya, this will serve to make people even more weary and less likely to ignore skin color.
The bigotry of low expectations usually has that effect, it hurts those who truly earned their place!
