International leaders are meeting this week in Geneva to consider a so-called “Zero Draft” of the agreement.

As previously covered by The Gateway Pundit, the zero draft gives the WHO the power to declare and manage a global pandemic emergency.
Once a health emergency is declared every signatory, including the United States, must submit to the authority of the WHO. This includes caving to them on treatments, lockdowns and vaccine mandates along with government surveillance.
Even more chillingly, the Biden regime does not feel they need to submit this agreement for Senate approval because they are not calling it an official treaty despite it having the full force of one.

That would be a treaty and needs 2/3 of the senate to approve.
Anything else has no legal authority.
This will go straight to the Supreme Court. Which is why the left will not try to enforce it until they get control of the court.
Only binding to Biden, any sitting president at the time can revoke it at a whim. Now we just need to get an American loving president in office.

It may be “legally” binding, but it can in no way be LAWFULLY binding. And, certainly not CONSTITUTIONALLY binding.
Legal is not Lawful; lawful is not legal.
Any law that harms is unlawful.
Putin just nullified the Start treaty. (Watch for Russian nukes to make their appearance in the Western hemisphere. Their defense minister is in Venezuela to discuss “cooperation.”) Similarly, a non-traitorous American president can nullify this WHO monstrosity.
This is interesting as health and wellness is still, by Constitution, the responsibilities of state’s rights, not federal law. This is how Roe was destroyed after too many years of blinding.

If one president can “legally” bind us to so etching like that without approval of congress, and claim that it will be “binding for decades”, then the next president can legally unbind us “for decades to come” without congressional approval
This would be a Treaty within the meaning of the Constitution, and would have to be ratified. Won’t happen.
All part of the great reset.
