RULE 29: “The use of poison gas is acceptable by a belligerent that is supported by the EU and the Western Media.”
Therefore, I see no violation of International Law here.

Sure, and Russian claims of "zombie" Ukrainian soldiers, and Ukraine had trained birds to deliver diseases to Russian citizens, accused Ukraine of using drones with combat mosquitoes which spread dangerous viruses, Ukraine was using black magic, etc.
Most likely the Russians acting like the Dims and accusing their opponent of what they are doing.
