I can’t imagine. Surely everyone flooding across our borders is thoroughly checked for heath issues ... you know like my great grandparents were.

Me, too. My dad was three back in 1927 when he, his older brother, his older sister, and mom & dad arrived at Elis Island. They got the full treatment. If you didn’t pass the health exam, you weren’t admitted.
It is absolutely sickening how things have changed so much for the worse.
And stupid articles like this about the stupid CDC’s warning give no hint whatsoever where this is coming from.
