I am reading that we are soliciting Russian type tanks from Central American countries such as Venezuela and Cuba to send to Ukraine quickly in exchange for updated US versions for their trouble.
Venezuela and Cuba? They are supporting Russia. Its Europe that is getting replacement tanks from the US. I do not know about countries outside of Europe sending tanks to Ukraine.
