A FOIA request is seeking documents on Biden's equity plan and potential discrimination by the IRS against certain taxpayers
EXCLUSIVE: A conservative legal group is accusing the IRS of targeting White and Asian Americans with audits under the guise of "racial equity."
America First Legal Foundation, a nonprofit group fighting against executive overreach, filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request Tuesday taking issue with an executive order signed by President Biden last week.
AFL says the executive order shows the administration "intends to alter Internal Revenue Service’s audit algorithms to target white, Asian, or mixed-race taxpayers."
Biden signed the order Feb. 16, directing all federal agencies to produce an annual "equity action plan" aimed at removing barriers to agency resources for "underserved communities."

Exactly how are the IRS determining your race? There are no check boxes with racial choices on the tax forms. And even if they add them, all you have to do is pick the least objectionable racial choice. Just like alot of college kids do in order to sidestep the BS racist AA admissions policies.

Equality is not racist, but equity is and it is a socialist concept. Equality means everyone is treated the same, no matter what race, color, ethnicity or creed they are. Equity means "that which they deserve". See the socialist/communist component there? The push for "equity" should be an impeachable and removable offense, as it is seditious to do so.

Yeah this is a complete violation of “equal representation under the law.” The issue is that 1/2 of audits happen to people who have incomes under $25K, because they claim multiple children and flood their returns with all kinds of exemptions and credits so they make $15K in tax returns with no tax paid in.
And the people that do this happen to mostly be from one race.
