Glad to know I’m not the only one that picked up on this.
While not in any way excusing or condoning McVeigh’s heinous crime, it is truly amazing how quickly the wheels of justice can turn when the perp represents the “wrong side.”

We had 2 death row inmates here in Washington State back in the 90’s that chose not to fight their sentences and they put them down pretty quickly, relatively speaking. 2 years, 11 months and 3 years, 1 month.
