The article mentions the National Transportation Safety Board. I'd like to remind people that the justification of the NTSB is to investigate transportation accidents to determine the cause(s), and make recommendations to prevent future accidents.

The NTSB's efforts are most apparent in re passenger and freight aircraft; the statistics show that accident rates have continued to drop over the decades. Indeed, when the FAA doesn't accept the NTSB's recommendations, subsequent accidents drive the point home.

I don't follow the NTSB with regards to rail accidents. Also, I don't know what the railroad equivalent is to the FAA. I'm sure that the mainstream media will fill that gap in my knowledge

Unfortunately, I’m sure you’re right. This man is a total waste of humanity. What was G-d possibly thinking when he created this. Only reason I can think is to torture evil doers. Buttihead is torturing everyone, however.
