Sorry to inform you since the breakup of the USSR a/k/a the Soviet Union, Russia has ceased being a "communist" country. Since the early 90's, when 6 percent of the Russian population identified as Christian, that number has exploded in 2022 to over 80 percent. Despite that fact, I'll tell you what bonds Russia and China:

(1) Neither country has perverted their military with LGBTQ insanity.

(2) Both refuse to embrace abortion as a tool to commit national genocide.

(3) Both Russia and China refuse to open their borders to millions of barbaric third world invaders expecting citizenship to be bestowed upon their children just for having been conceived on the soil of the country they broke into.

(4) In support of (3) above, there's no such thing as an "anchor baby" concept in either Russia or China case law.
