Gun Owners of America Senior Vice President Erich Pratt says that the Biden administration is going after gun owners and using the ATF to try to shut gun shops down.
"Biden has implemented a zero tolerance policy," Pratt said on the Wednesday edition of the "Just the News, No Noise" TV show. "If a gun store makes one mistake, the ATF skips the traditional warnings and goes straight to license revocation. These could be just simple clerical mistakes. Licensing revocations are up anywhere from 300 to 500 percent. This is the most since the early 2000s."
Pratt said he received this information about the Biden administration going after gun owners through a Freedom of Information Act request.
"This is an attack on the gun industry and the Second Amendment," he stated. "By closing down gun stores, they make it more difficult for people to get guns to defend themselves."
According to Pratt, this policy and these actions also have an additional agenda.
"It's also an attempt by the Biden administration to register gun owners because when a store is closed down, the 4473 forms are sent to the ATF and those gun purchase records are being inputted into a database," he noted.

Can’t get guns banned any other way. Just make it impossible
for a dealer to stay in business.
It’s what they are doing in Oregon.
They are trying.
Yes, I’ve heard some about it.
So far, our side just does not fight like the Left does.
We should have $10,000,000 civil rights litigation cases
for every person that backs this stuff. Just bankrupt
every one of them filing case after case after case.
Let them cover the costs of defending themselves for a
change.
When they grow tired of it, file more cases. Go after
their family members. Go after their friends. Just
totally ruin anyone that comes into contact with them.
That is legal now evidently.
That’s an ILLEGAL searchable database.

I am detecting a pattern here.
In the 1990s, the ATF under Slick Willy changed the rules to require an FFL to get a business license from the local (city or county) govt. Many local govts said no license for you if the address was zoned residential. This did not apply to others, just FFLs. POOF! Thousands of small “kitchen table” and basement type FFLs went out of business across the country. Could not afford a lease on a commercial building. Happened to me.
Both Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton did the same.
Open up basement work shops. Buy metallurgical ovens, milling machines, lathes, all the equipment, and then tools to make tools.
Sounds good. If I had a place in the country with a few
acres, I would probably move in that direction.
