“How was he ambushed if he speeded up to ram a road Block?”

His vehicle got stopped, and then he exited the vehicle and started running away from the vehicle, not putting his hands in the air or following orders, and he got shot.

I guess that’s an “ambush” to a lot of FReepers who thought these protesters could do no wrong. How everyone else who was in the vehicle and who stayed in the vehicle and complied with police orders managed to survive this “ambush” is a mystery to ponder.

Yep, it was a totally legit shooting. That’s why an FBI agent picked up his spent brass and then lied about it.
