One year ago, New York City fired over 1,430 city employees who refused to take the COVID vaccine. Several of those workers filed a class action lawsuit against the City. During that lawsuit, the teachers’ attorney introduced a sword deposition stating that, when teachers refused the vaccination, the city flagged them as “problems” and handed their fingerprints over to both the FBI and the New York criminal justice system.
Michael Kane, the named plaintiff in Kane v. DeBlasio, has written a post revealing how New York City tried to criminalize teachers who refused to comply with the demand that they take injections of an experimental agent that’s now proving to have been extremely dangerous. He explains that, during a hearing on February 8, the attorney defending New York City “stated that educators fired for declining covid vaccination were not removed for misconduct, but rather for not meeting requirement for employment.”

The plaintiffs’ attorney, John Bursch, countered by pointing to the sworn Declaration of Betsy Combier, attesting to the fact that the City gave the fingerprints of these same teachers to the FBI and New York criminal justice system—an action indicating that the city viewed the teachers as criminal, rather than simply failing to meet a “requirement for employment.” Here’s what Combier, a paralegal specialist who worked for the United Federation of Teachers (“UFT”), stated under oath regarding the city’s actions vis-à-vis the FBI and the New York criminal justice system:
8. I am also very familiar with "problem codes"—the flag the DOE [New York Department of Education] puts in the personnel file of employees to indicate that they should not be hired due to unexplained misconduct of some kind. Employees can be flagged for everything from receiving an unsatisfactory or ineffective rating

BOTTOM LINE:
The New York City school system treated teachers who refused a vaccine as criminals, and those same teachers, unbeknownst to them, were suddenly and automatically part of the FBI’s and the New York criminal justice system’s database of people suspected of criminal activity or propensities.
Fingerprints were already in NCIC through mandatory background checks.
The city employees and the FBI employees clearly violated the 4th Amendment rights of these teachers.
Oh boy!
Adams has only been mayor for a year now. Seems like an eternity with these Rats
Adams is just another low IQ, affirmative action type.
Adams has that job only because qualified people didn’t want it; his predecessor lowered the bar considerably.
A lot of the handling of COVID by the nanny state should have alarmed classical “liberals”; they really are a dying breed as the ctrl-left has taken center stage (and the political reins).
Even Dem mayors like Adams himself is clashing with the national fascists regarding COVID; he doggedly kept their controls in place, while simultaneously begging private-sector employers and employees to return to the pre-COVID status quo. They can’t undo the advances made in with the imposed remote work; there is little reason for many employees to return to their physical workplace, and little reason for the employers to continue paying exorbitant rents for those workplaces.
Credit the awkward iron-fisted government reaction for finally driving the last nail in the coffin of most cities; it has accelerated not just the flight of wealth from them, but increased the pace of re-settlement of Thirdworlders there to keep buildings occupied. Adams knows this better than most, and is pushing to convert office space to residential - HE KNOWS THE JOBS ARE LEAVING, BUT WANTS TO SET UP MORE HOUSING TO TRAFFICK PEOPLE INTO THIS INCREASINGLY JOBLESS PIT. Some FReepers will point to the high costs remaining in some parts of NYC as evidence that the city is still viable, but it has changed (for the worse) drastically - this isn’t the same city revived by Giuliani/Bloomberg.
Maybe they will set up special “camps” for the unvaxxed undesirables.
Adams has the job because NYC now has RCV for mayorals.
If NYC is so reliably lib, why did Deep State shove RCV down its throat, hmmmm?
Note to Gothamites: If you want to save your city, secure your elections.
I would expect that if you’ve been fingerprinted by any government agency then you are already in the database. To expect otherwise seems naive. Same with DNA.
Aye.
To fight these global retards we need to become ungovernable. There are more of us and we need to make every day of their lives totally miserable with disobedience and no comply.
If teachers have to pass a background check to be hired, those codes would mean the teacher could not be hired ANYWHERE ever again.
Those codes were libelous.
RCV is undemocratic, but he didn’t defeat any big challenger; nobody wants the job (even when they have it, like di Blasio).
Adams himself was just fined for rats at a rental property he owned; he’s in way over his head (but doesn’t care because there is no consequence for failure).
