The CEO of Smartmatic is Antonio Mujica, a Venezuelan Satan worshipper. Smartmatic installed Hugo Chavez as dictator though election fraud using Smartmatic election software in the Diebold machines.
Mujica’s protege is Heidar Garcia, a Venezuelan who worked 12 years for Smartmatic in Panama. The Panama Canal is largely controlled by the CCP.
By his longtime residence and status in Panama, Heidar Garcia was allowed a green card to the United States where he came and settled in Tarrant County, TX. Today, Garcia is the Tarrant County Elections Director.
