Sure, let's play a game of tit-for-tat. I suggest we halt all commerce from China as first response. Second, rescind all work permits and visas for all Chinese in the US and give them 30 days to leave. Third, bar all travel to and from China.

In the United States the recall has been used successfully against various types of officials, including judges, mayors, and even state governors.
