Elton John's concert at Auckland's Mt. Smart Stadium has been cancelled this evening
Flights at Auckland Airport have been delayed, cancelled or rescheduled and won't resume before noon on Saturday
A local state of emergency has been declared for Auckland and will remain in place for seven days
A Civil Defence Centre is open at St. Leonards Road School in Kelston, to assist people displace or in need of assistance.
3:43 am: Police were on the scene to assist a family in Ponsonby struggling to move through floodwaters yesterday evening.
A witness said the family, which included a baby, was trying to evacuate from their Airbnb that was "minutes away from flooding" but couldn't wade through the water alone.
3:32 am: Prime Minister Chris Hipkins and Emergency Management Minister Kieran McAnulty fronted media from the Beehive's bunker at 2am on Saturday to provide an update on the Auckland floods...

Well, at least the island hasn’t tipped over yet.
Sounds inconvenient.
Hardly “catastrophic.”
Messed up Friday night- Weekend plans that’s for sure but it’s dark right now in the daylight there may be fatalities. This happened late afternoon and into the evening last night no idea what was going on out there thousands on the roads what a mess.

I guess its not all bad news.
That is what happened.
I wouldn’t be surprised if they said COVID shots were good for “Climate”.
People need to be listening to their Higher Power in order to comprehend any messages.
That’s a challenge for me I know that much.
They prepared and spend all that money on global warming because everything would dry up , the PM should DRY UP
