7% approve? What are you smoking? I thought it was less than 5% of the people approved of Congress...
lol..........I’m not smoking anything but I guess you most likely are closer to being right than I am. It’s probably dropped a few points since I reviewed it last.
I can’t imagine what the 7% or 5% are smoking!
