Your cheaters have to be motivated. If it’s only about money, they won’t risk jail and being forever barred from employment on the public dime just for Pete Bootygag. And they can’t cheat successfully unless it’s close. All the cheating they could muster in Dem strongholds could not turn Texas or Alabama.
