I just got an induction electric stove to replace a 40-year-old electric coil stove.

Wow! What a terrific stove top! It heats stuff in a flash—gets a pot of water boiling in less than a minute. I had to get new cookware because it doesn’t work with my old aluminum stuff.

No need to get a gas stove. Induction is a wonderful alternative!

Yes, it’s incredible how fast it can boil water or heat up a can of soup.

You can not can on an induction.

You can hardly can on an electric.

The goal is to make it impossible for you to preserve your own food.
