This is all about putting FFL dealers in Illeyenoise out of business. It will most likely be declared unconstitutional...but how long will that take? Numerous shops will probably have to close before it is reversed. That’s the easter egg for the leftists.

So, .357 Sig and 7.62 Tokarev are good? .300 Blackout is the only viable bottlenecked .30 cal that I can think of that’s legit for deer hunting. Folks gonna have to buy a bolt action to shoot it?

Just exactly what does that mean? If you don't inform the State you have a banned weapon, you have to surrender it?

It means that after 300 days you are a felon in Illinois. It is unconstitutional, and will be challenged once the law is signed into law.

Illinois is hell-bent on becoming California.

Gov. JB Pritzker had a firm response when numerous Illinois law enforcement agencies stated they wouldn’t enforce the new gun ban: Comply or hit the road.

During a press conference on Tuesday, Pritzker added, “As are all law enforcement throughout our state, and they will in fact do their job or they won’t be in their job.”
