Now the Feds in the nation's capital, aided by a zillion witnesses, and more cameras than Norma Desmond could ever imagine in her wildest dreams, these same "cops" come up empty?
Nobody planted bombs. The Feds themselves did it all. I wouldn't be surprised if Ray Epps planted the "bombs" on contract.
