Everything that happens then is on you.

I got no sympathy for anybody that lets their building go derelict. I don’t care about the laws. Because the fact that MOST people manage to not their buildings go derelict in the same area shows the problem isn’t the laws, it’s the owners. They didn’t take care of their stuff and now they’re whining.

Again, how are you supposed to get in to do repairs when you have illegal squatters that snuck in during the night and clipped all the alarm systems? The city protects them and you can’t evict them especially during moratoriums.

I don’t have property in NYC itself but am on forums where people do. I only have rental property in upstate NY. If these insane anti private property laws get passed in CA and NY they tend to spread elsewhere.
