The continuous firing at this occupied vehicle, not in a fusillade, but intermittently over several minutes AFTER the perceived “threat” (Finnicum) had been neutralized - well backed-up by the government video shot from the helicopter - could mean only one of two things.
1) LEO wanted some target practice on live individuals
2) LEO wanted to leave NO LIVE WITNESSES!
